Information for recruiting agencies

List of documents necessary for signing the agreement between the Recruiting Agency and the University:

  • Copy of the Agency’s registration certificate (Notary authorized).  
  • Extract from the Agency’s Statute indicating the field of activity – education services (Notary authorized).  
  • Certificate with the Agency’s bank account details (Notary authorized, with the seal of the bank and signature of the bank representative).  
  • Copies of passports of the Agency’s founders and Director (with the seal and signature of the agency director). 
  • A motivation letter (addressed to the First Vice-rector of the university, prof. Olga Cernetchi) specifying the proposed services and the countries where the Agency will promote the University (with the seal and signature of the agency director).  
  • Letters of recommendation from partner universities.  
  • If there are multiple founders or directors, a Power of Attorney must be included, specifying that one individual is authorized to sign the contract with the University.
